Using the platform
Accounts are personal. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. Parents are responsible for the accounts of their children.
Lessons and scheduling
Lessons follow the academy's scheduling policy, including notice periods for cancelling or moving a lesson, which is shown in your portal.
Respectful conduct
Students, families and teachers are expected to behave with the courtesy befitting the study of the Quran. The academy may suspend accounts that break this.
Fees
Where fees apply, the price, billing period and refund terms are shown before you pay.
Quranic content
The platform does not generate or alter Quranic text. Any automated tools are aids only; teacher assessment is the reference for recitation and tajweed.
