What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, country, time zone), details about students added by a parent, lesson schedules, attendance, and the progress notes teachers record. Teacher applicants also share qualifications and documents.

Why we use it

To run lessons, match students with teachers, send reminders and reports, keep accounts secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Children

Students under 16 are registered and managed by a parent or guardian, who can see their schedule, attendance and reports. Private communication with children follows the academy's safeguarding policy.

Who can see what

Teachers see only the students assigned to them. Parents see only their own children. Academy staff access data only as their role requires, and administrative access is logged.

Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, administrators use two-step verification, and private documents are never published at public addresses.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account, choose which notifications you receive, and ask us to export or delete your data where the law allows, by contacting the academy.
